Our first year featured two in-depth conversations: seasoned entertainer Harry Belafonte spoke on the evolution and importance of diversity in show business, and explosive actor Michael Shannon discussed his screen career from humble beginnings with a bit role in Groundhog Day, to his breathtaking performances in Take Shelter and on Boardwalk Empire.
